Cancellation & Refund Policy

Service Cancellations

Our policy allows for cancellation requests within **7 days** of your service purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a cancellation or refund.

To be eligible for a cancellation and potential refund, the service must be **unused or not yet initiated**. If the service has already commenced or been fully delivered, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

To complete your cancellation request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with a clear reason for the cancellation.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your cancellation request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the status. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days (typically 5-10 business days). The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again.

Then, contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

Services on Discount or Promotional Offers (if applicable)

Only services purchased at regular price may be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, services purchased under special sale, discount, or promotional offers are generally non-refundable.
